I stayed 3 nights and the rooms were BEAUTIFUL! Spacious with cool decor, and the free coffee and pastries in the morning were perfect for kickstarting the day. I'll never forget the lovely staff always on hand.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable considering the experience.

Our room was perfect and beautiful with free toiletries and safe, for example, just what we needed...

Truly enjoyed the a double room with our bags already, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Location: the hotel was just next door to lots of amazing restaurants as well as the center of Cozumel. Also, such tourist places as Faro Celerain Ecological Reserve were minute walk from this property.

Street noise disturbed my late-night relaxation.

The accommodation was lovely, pool was great, beds were amazing. The staff was affable and made me feel at home. The setting was good, not far from lots of amazing restaurants as well as the ferry. I had quick bite at Wa Ding Canteen, it was nearby.

The toilet room had a persistent sewage smell that cleaning products couldn't mask!!! The staff could improve by providing emergency support at night since nobody was around!!! Better signage for tour information would be helpful too!!!

The comfortable bed in our room, complemented by the polite and readily responsive staff. The proximity to shops and dining options was ideal, providing both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere at night. Cleanliness suffered due to a tropical storm, understandably beyond the hotel's control. Breakfast options were limited but included fresh fruit and delicious salads, a nice touch for starting the day.

the pillows were too hard (wasn't great for my neck! ), but the outdoor spaces were really well shaded. i loved the hot showers with nice pressure! the friendly staff made me feel safe during my solo trip. free coffee was a nice touch!

The rooms here are quite spacious and kept really clean, and the staff members are friendly. Plus, there's free parking available on site! 🚗.

perfect spot for exploring cozumel's vibrant sites and parks

I loved how close the hotel was to the charming Plaza Central just a short walk away and the tranquility of Parque Nacional Arrecifes, perfect for a peaceful escape while still being near the bustling city center. It added to my experience of soaking in Cozumel's vibe and culture.

Beautiful and spacious room with a stylish vibe. Enjoyed complimentary coffee, pastries, and a friendly atmosphere. The small pool and iguana made it even more charming! Just a short stroll to the town center and amazing eateries.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable . It would have been great if they addressed special requests more thoughtfully.

Review of Illa Cozumel

Illa Cozumel offers fantastic value with rooms that are absolutely perfect. The staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. I loved that our bags were already in the room upon arrival, and my bed was spacious and comfortable. The design of the hotel is lovely, contributing to a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, as it's very close to great restaurants and the ferry terminal, making it convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions.

This place is a fantastic boutique hotel with a lovely design, the room was beautiful and clean with our bags already in it, and there was a great selection of breakfast items provided.

We had a great time at this place; we loved the room setup with our bags ready and the comfortable bed, and all the staff were friendly and quickly resolved any issues we had.
